Day 3 limited sugar and caffeine
No casualties thus far. The sugar cravings have expanded, everyone looks like cake. Who would believe it but I am in fact even more mean than usual and WAY more irritable. I got light headed today a couple times. But evidently I can replace sugar with eating more food, my kind of experiment. My mind seems to be more clear. I haven’t felt fatigued and there’s been no crash as of yet. My weight is staying steady after losing 13 pounds in the last 3 weeks (Somewhat intentionally, don’t ask questions). Still sticking to just one cup of coffee in the morning and a little bit of creamer. Caffeine is no match for me but sugar is a sweet sweet demon of hell.
