I will not be shackled by the confines of regular poetic structure. The form that my words take are whatever shape I’m in at that moment. I won’t conform to the norm for the mere sake of making my self-expression simple to read. Understand that being understood is rarely my intention. I’ll write at length well before I am concise. I’m not dressing up my words so at a glance they’ll appear worth your time to look at. No, you will read them and find out if it’s worth it or you will never know. I’d prefer my words be emotional over beautiful and well written more than well liked.
